Vintage Design

This large mirror, dating back to the end of the eighteenth century, is a refined work of ancient craftsmanship. It measures 160 cm wide and 130 cm high and stands out for its elegant carved and gilded structure, which embodies the sumptuousness of the late Baroque period. At the center of the cymatium, there is a sculpted Medusa head, a classic symbol that adds a strong and mythological character to the mirror, giving the frame an aura of mystery and power.

The mirror is made up of three original mercury glasses, which reflect light in a unique way and offer an antique patina. The gilding, applied with gold leaf, enriches the carving with decorative motifs that intertwine along the frame, highlighting the details and giving a rich and precious visual effect. The leaves and curls sculpted in the upper and lower part complete the design, giving the mirror a classic harmony and a timeless charm, perfect for environments with an elegant and refined style.
