On the Design: “Rez Kilim” represents a contemporary homage to Turkish panel-weaving styles in a textural approach to minimalist rugs. This piece is defined by a rich dark gray tone, subtly underscored by cream highlights and delicate yellow stitching accents along the weft and between the panels (or columns). Admirers of the craft will appreciate the way the fundamentals of a traditional flatweaving style have been reimagined in an almost impressionistic look at geometry, ribbing, and the subtleties of a Kilim.
