Antique Chinese Hall Seat Bench Heavily Carved Qing Dynasty 19th Century 1860
A fine 19th century Chinese carved Elm wood bench Circa 1860, which has a wonderful warm colour, the back inset with five panels carved in relief above a calligraphic panel, flanked by spindles, with open arms, the supports joined by stretchers. absolutely beautiful glowing patina throughout. The bench is traditionally constructed and is in excellent, condition with good sound joints and no movement to the frame.

Condition: Offered in good condition, age related wear, scuffs, knocks and marks, no sign of damage or woodworm, wonderful red patina.
