About This Piece

Vintage Design

This shelf was designed by an architect in Germany in the 1920s and 1930s. The frame is made of metal, with rectangular tops and bottoms. The wooden shelves are connected to the frame with slotted screws. Depending on the light, the shelf creates different accents; the combination of material and function is clearly evident in this piece of furniture.

The simple construction, with its unique signature in the choice of materials, proportions, and details, is characterized by elegant connection solutions and testifies to high, simple craftsmanship.
