An exceptional example of an Art Deco bronze representation of a mandarin duck, finely chiseled, with dark brown and red-brown patina, with old silver enhancement to the wings and tuft. Hard to find item, designed by Marie Louise Simard, edited by La Stelle. Signed to the plinth, numbered, artist’s logo, foundry mark.
Very good used condition, with minor signs of time.
Dimensions: Height 27.5cm, base 13.5 x 9cm.
