Vintage Design

An Amsterdam school worktable in oak with a star shaped inlay of oak veneer on top. Nice sleek Dutch Art Deco design. Suitable for 1930s home or classic interior. Can be used as a side table, jewelry cabinet, hall cabinet, etc. Special design with characteristic Amsterdam school detailing around the table top. Still has the original and smooth turning key and perfect working lock. It has a spacious storage inside which allows to put things under the three integrated compartments. These tables were once used to store needlework and sewing fabrics and equipment.

The table has been lightly restored and had slight signs of use and a small damage on the lower shelf. This does not effect the stability, the table is very sturdy and quite heavy.
