Art Nouveau Table Lamp by Paul Follot with Inscription by Jean Faure and Glass Shade from Loetz, 1905

This exceptional Art Nouveau table lamp combines a signed, silver-plated bronze base by the French designer Paul Follot with a vibrant orange Loetz glass shade and a rare engraved dedication to the Art Deco designer Jean Fauré. The sculpted base is cast as a stylized, organic flower with softly modeled petals and a fluted stem—typical of Follot's early work for the Parisian gallery La Maison Moderne, for which he designed luxurious metalwork and lighting around 1901–1904. The relief signature "P. Follot" is clearly visible on the top of the base, while the underside bears several foundry marks and the hand-engraved inscription "Jean Fauré," most likely a dedication or ownership mark linking the lamp to the later Art Deco decorator known for his Amboyna and Macassar furniture.
