About This Piece

Vintage Design

This model of Thonet chair appears in the Thonet registers of 1850 and was re-proposed by the well-known manufacturer Italcomma of Pesaro (IT) in the second half of the century.

The structure is made of steam-curved beech wood, while the seat is made of hand-woven Vienna straw. This chair shows signs of aging, visible at a distance of even more than 1m. These are signs due to age and use, such as fading and scraping.
