This elegant figure of a young woman, with arms outstretched and hair flowing, captures a moment of vitality, athleticism, and freedom. The inscription “FRIIDROTT” (Track and Field) on the base indicates that this piece was originally intended as a prize or trophy for athletic competitions, a common practice in Sweden during the 1940s and 1950s.
