Monumental sized and very impressive brutalist floor lamp made by unknnown designer or manufacturer but has a glass sphere shade by Tony Zuccheri for Mazzega. The lamp was hand made in Italy, ca 1970s. It is made of solid wrought iron hammered spines, crafted into a this shape which looks like a brutalist sculpture. The size of this lamp is extraordinary and very impressive. This piece will for sure draw a lot of attention wherever it may go. The lamp is in a very good condition, only the glass globe has some wear from age. The glass globe has a white and slightly blue shine on the inside, the rest is transparent. Gives very nice spherical light when lit for sure. The lamp uses an E27 bulb up to 100 watt. This lamp is checked in our own atelier, cleaned and is suitable for use in the USA.
