About This Piece

Vintage Design

Designed in 1969 by Vico Magistretti, the Chimera floor lamp is a luminous element with voluptuous curves that comes from the modelling of a sheet of acrylic glass. Apparently devoid of formal constraints, it is actually the result of a precise geometric study that regulates the effects of light. Although the lamp is original and in excellent condition, it lacks the plastic base on which the Artemide brand is printed. The sockets despite being original mount warm light LED. Free of defects, the conditions are comparable to new.
