Danish Art Deco Oak Double Tambour Archive Cabinet, 1930s.

Stunning filing cabinet in solid and veneered Nordic oak with two vertical rolling shutters. Made in Denmark in the 1930s for the Copenhagen Phone Company (Denmark's oldest phone company).

Inside are 21 wide drawers, one fixed shelf and one pull out shelf. Drawers can be moved around and placed as desired.
All drawers are with solid oak front and beech body. Beautiful half blind dovetail joints speaks for the build quality and craftsmanship. Both tambour doors has recessed pulls and lock with key.

Suitable for many purposes. This cabinet offers loads of organized storage space. Very good build quality, made to last. Will compliment many interior styles, besides Art Deco it will also work with antiques and Mid-Century Modern.

Very good vintage condition with wonderful patina consistent with age and use. Small nicks and scratches. Drawers and doors slides easily. Cleaned and wax polished, ready for use.
