Danish coffee table designed by Andreas Hansen for Haslev Møbelsnedkeri during the 1990s and early 2000s.

Wooden frame with oval glass plate, the frame can be adjusted in height using the leather straps that support the frame.

Hansen, born in 1936, finished his training as a cabinetmaker in 1957 and continued his education at the Danish School of Arts and Crafts and The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts’ School of Architecture. He taught at both schools for a number of years. Since the mid-1960's he has had his own design practice where he primarily designs furniture for other Danish factories or for instance lampshades for Le Klint.
