Vintage Design

Gorgeous and very rare Danish design chair from the early 1950s by designers Eva & Nils Koppel. Made and manufactured in Denmark by "Møbelfabrikken Norden". The chair is made from stained and oiled beech and has been reupholstered in yellow and white "Kvadrat, Hallingdal 65" wool on back and seat. The back resembles a butterfly and gives the chair its unique and stunning expression. A highlight of early Danish furniture design. The frame has been carefully refinished by a skilled Danish cabinetmaker and is in excellent condition.
