Hans Wegner, the Ox chair AP 46 and stool AP 49 in original black leather by AP-Stolen, Denmark. One of Hans Wegner’s most important chairs, this piece was created as an extension of the ideas used in the Cow Horn Chair and the Bull Horn Chair. Its Special feature is the large headrest that spreads out on each side. Combined with the wide arms, it provides sitting comfort. The Ox chair is also the essence of masculinity and was chosen for Mike Myers portrayal of Doctor Evil in Austin Powers (1997).
