Unique illustration of Lurçat's mid century rooster, etched and painted on wood. The signature is illegible yet clearly dated 17th January 1973, no. 16. Visually impressive due to its large size and colours, being on wood gives it warmth and greater mid century style. Generally found in tapestry form, this is a rare hand etched wooden version.
