Floor lamp by Venetian artist Angelo Brotto (1914-2002) for Italian manufacturer Esperia, 1960s. Nickel-plated brass stem & base, transparent and satin glass sphere with ripple or "corteccia" effect. Original and working electrical system. Nickel plating has some minor signs of aging and the glass sphere has a small defect inside which does not compromise the resistance of the glass and is not visible when mounted.
