Vintage Design

French Art Nouveau gilt bronze table lamp with heron and glass lampshade by Legras in the early 20th century. This adorable antique table lamp from around 1910 features a gilt bronze frame shaped like a curved branch with leaves and a heron sculpture leaning against it. The lampshade in white and salmon tones is attributed to the "Rubis" series by master glassmaker François-Théodore Legras (1839-1916), made in frosted multilayer glass enhanced with the decor of acid-etched and enameled wine-colored ivy leaves. The glass lampshade is not signed. One socket for E27 (E26) size light bulb. Dimensions: height: 43 cm / 16.92 in; width: 13 cm / 5.12 in; depth: 28 cm / 11.02 in. To the U.S. will be shipped with an adapter for the US wiring system. In good condition with slight signs of aging.
