About This Piece

Vintage Design

A pair of French early 20th century Louis XVI or neoclassical style gilt bronze and brass sconces. Wall lights have been electrified later. Richly decorated with bronze details, like flowers, acanthus leaves, royal French lily, fleur-de-lis, symbol. The sconces are numbered on the backside. Each sconce has two arms and each arm has a socket for an E 14 size light bulb and new candle sleeve. Dimensions: Height: 34 cm / 13.38 in; width: 20 cm / 7.87 in; depth: 9 cm / 3.54 in.
