Unique sculpture of Tintin and Snowy in fiberglass, very difficult to find in the market and very sought after by collectors of Tintin. There are only about 30 pieces, so it is an exclusive piece. Made for the decoration of Studio Aventures stores, not intended for sale at origin.
The figure of Tintin with Snowy, made in fiberglass for Studio Adventures, is a dynamic representation full of movement. Tintin, with his trademark blond hair and classic attire of yellow shirt, bloomers and dark shoes, appears running with energy. His expression is cheerful and adventurous, his arms dynamic as he appears to move quickly. At his side, his dog, Snowy, follows close behind, also running with an energetic posture, ears perked up and tail held high, reflecting the excitement and action of the moment.
Both characters are running on a globe, which occupies the lower part of the figure. The globe is painted with geographical details and the continents visible, symbolizing the adventures around the world that Tintin and Snowy go on. The composition suggests movement, with Tintin and Snowy moving purposefully on the globe, evoking the spirit of exploration and adventure that defines the Tintin stories.The fiberglass finish gives the figure a smooth, glossy look, with vivid colors that capture the cheerful essence of the comic book characters.
The creator of Tintin was Georges Remi, a Belgian cartoonist better known by his pseudonym Hergé. He was born on May 22, 1907 and died on March 3, 1983. Hergé created “The Adventures of Tintin” in 1929, and the first cartoon was published in the children's supplement of the Belgian newspaper Le Petit Vingtième. Throughout his career, Hergé developed his own artistic style, characterized by sharp lines and flat colors, which became emblematic of Tintin's adventures and revolutionized the comic book scene of the time.
Tintin is a young reporter and adventurer who travels the world solving mysteries, accompanied by his faithful dog Snowy. The series has been translated into more than 70 languages and has sold millions of copies worldwide, becoming a classic of comic book literature.
