Ilkora Table Lamp by Paul Haustein for WMF, 1930

This original WMF Ikora table lamp from the 1930s is an exceptional example of German Modernism, combining the clean lines of the Bauhaus with the softer, streamlined influences of Art Deco. The generously sized, disc-shaped shade with its sculpturally graduated dome creates a striking silhouette and lends the lamp an almost futuristic presence that remains timeless.
