Antique Vintage Cane Large Strong Log or Storage Basket – Ideal for Country House or Hotel

This impressive cane log or storage basket, dating from the first half of the 20th century, is a rare find. with its sturdy construction and solid form, it would make a striking addition to a country house or hotel setting. These baskets are increasingly hard to come by today.

The basket is heavy and solid, with no loose joints, and features a beautiful patina that adds to its charm and character. It’s perfect for use as a log basket or for stylish storage in the right location.

In good antique/vintage condition, the basket shows minor historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, and imperfections—typical for an item of its age. There are also some historic extinct woodworm holes in the wooden rails on the underside, which have been treated for peace of mind.
