Vintage Design

High-quality serving trolley from the mid-century era (circa 1960s). This piece of furniture impresses with its angular, architectural lines and contrasting combination of materials.

Details & Features:

• Construction: Sturdy square steel frame in black.

• Body: Real wood veneer (teak) with high-quality workmanship.

• Functionality: Two fold-out shelves that can be opened synchronously or individually.

• Surface: Scratch- and liquid-resistant HPL coating in black.

• Interior: Two-compartment interior, optimized for upright storage of bottles and barware.

* Rolls smoothly.

* One compartment is lockable; key included.

* No markings present / Brand unknown - presumably a high-quality, German-made piece.

CONDITION
The bar cart is in authentic and well-maintained vintage condition with an age-related patina from the last 60 years.

• Surfaces: Light, superficial scratches are present on the wood and HPL surfaces and on the steel frame.

• Edges: A few small chips, mostly along the edges (see detailed photos).

• Color: Light-induced color variations in the teak wood (natural darkening/lightening over the decades).

* The "streaks" on the black surface in some photos are simply wiping marks from cleaning and are not permanently adhered to the surface; they can be polished away.

• Surfaces: Light-related color variations in the teak (natural darkening/lightening over the decades). …All these marks are somewhat more visible upon closer inspection, but are not serious…
