About This Piece

Vintage Design

Although often attributed to Achille & Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Flos, these cocoon lamps are generally made by Goldkant, Germany 1960s. This lamp is in good condition considering its age with only minor aging spots and 1 small discoloration drop on the side as can be seen in the pics but overall in just a great example of a midcentury coon pendant. The materials is made of a stretched specially designed resin. The lamp is fitted for a general E27 lightbulb.
