Born in Casalmaggiore (CR) in 1925, Danilo Aroldi, together with his brother Corrado, moved to Milan in 1936. At the beginning of the 1960s Danilo and Corrado founded the Studio Danilo and Corrado Aroldi – Architecture and Industrial Design. Their innovative creations have earned them a place in the permanent collections of renowned institutions such as New York's MoMA and the Milan Triennale. In particular, their iconic Periscopio lamp for Stilnovo remains a timeless masterpiece, symbolizing their ingenuity and artistic vision.
The collaborative spirit of the Aroldi brothers has led them to collaborate with prestigious brands such as Cassina, Flos, Artemide and Alessi.
