Organically perfect, extremely rare, exceptionally functional – an enormously prestigious and exclusive Danish vintage modern corner desk gem, with its distinctive small sideboard in a contemporary, modern design featuring original colored drawers.

A highly sought-after collector's item and vintage furniture enthusiast. Finished in a warm teak tone with beautiful wood grain and organically shaped, chamfered edges – on the sides of the desk and the back of the sideboard.

SPECIAL FEATURES.

* Due to the equally beautifully crafted back panels, it can be placed freely in the room.

* The desk – one side of the desktop rests on the sideboard without being attached. Therefore, the desk cannot stand alone without the sideboard; however, this is the original design.

* with raised " Beveled edges/grooved edges – on the sides of the desktop and the back of the sideboard – are a particularly attractive detail and also very practical: these beveled edges prevent work materials from falling off.

* Very large work surface.

* The desk is made of solid teak and is additionally veneered with real teak, featuring various storage compartments (drawers and compartments) on the front and back.

* A second chair can be placed opposite the desk at the back.

* The sideboard has three drawers, sliding doors, and five colored drawers at the front; the back end panel features a bar cabinet.

* Three sections of the desk and sideboard are lockable – three keys are included.

CONDITION

+ As with all our items, the price has been adjusted to reflect the condition and, in our opinion, calculated very fairly in advance. +

The item is in beautiful + good vintage condition, very well maintained + partially restored (the tabletop has been properly sanded and polished, and the entire desk has been thoroughly treated with plenty of high-quality teak oil).

+ However, there are two somewhat more noticeable marks: these are on the sideboard: A slightly deeper, medium-length scratch/nick, likely caused by moving the desk top (see two pictures above and a close-up photo; this flaw is barely visible, or only about 1/6, when the desk is positioned on the sideboard). There is also a small dent on the top drawer of the sideboard (see photo 17). (above)

+ There are also a few minor surface scratches and tiny dents – these are mostly angular – as well as slight color variations in the teak wood due to light exposure, and a very few tiny imperfections on the wood surface of the veneer (these are also mostly angular).

...All these marks are usually only slightly more visible upon close inspection, but are not significant for us and are quite acceptable to us as long-established dealers. Nevertheless, we have, of course, adjusted the price to reflect the condition.
