Contemporary Design

The four-doors version of Morgan storage unit represents an interesting proposal for the dining area. Its doors are shaped three-dimensionally with vertical decorative motif and upholstered in "Azure" color leather with “plissè” effect. The handle of the central door consists of a single cylindrical element placed in the center of the storage unit, while the side doors can be opened by pulling a metal plate that protrudes elegantly from the upper profile. Metal plays not only an aesthetic and functional role of door finishing, but is also present in the two elements that support the structure. Finally, "Invisible grey" marble top has lowered edge to ensure an almost suspended effect compared to the underlying metal.

About the Creator

Claudio Cappellini

Born in 1971 in Seregno, a small town near Milan, Claudio Cappellini first attended two different art schools that have greatly contributed to his professional training. After completing his studies, his curiosity for the art world led him to travel looking for novelties: a passion present since he was a child at the side of his father from whom he learned the skills in the use of noble materials that today are the basis of the production philosophy of Cornelio Cappellini. Claudio's skills and flair inspire the uniqueness of every single item that becomes the result of the use of many precious and refined finishes and long and accurate processes. His creative mission combined with an artistic feeling allows him to influence each individual product of Cornelio Cappellini.
