About This Piece

Vintage Design

Dresser inlaid in different woods, late 20th century. The front has two drawers without crossbars decorated with a single medallion with multiple frames centering herringbone panels around a motif of mythological figures. Under the top is a smaller drawer decorated with an inlay of leaf scrolls. The top is decorated with herringbone panels centering a medallion that repeats the scene with figures. On the sides the frame surmounts a central rose window. Truncated pyramidal feet.
