About This Piece

Vintage Design

Shiki Screen designed by Setsu & Shinobu Ito in 2003 and produced by De Padova in Italy. The anodized aluminum sheet structure draws inspiration from the long oriental tradition of origami, trying to recreate the play of light and shadow with simple and clean lines. Their history and culture blends with intelligent functionality thanks to the aluminum base with adjustable feet. Currently out of production, the product is a unique piece.
