* This object appears to be absolutely unique! It is a handmade stencilled poster design - the thick application of paint makes the print look very high quality. According to research, the motif corresponds to the poster for Continental Heels from the 1920s. A quote is printed underneath.

* "Emigrants who leave their country are the lesser evil. Those who flee their time are worse." - Stefan Napierski (1899 - 1940).
* The quote is also attributed to Julian Tuwim (1894 - 1953), which could suggest that Napierski translated it.
* Both were Polish-Jewish poets.

* Height: 73 cm

* Good condition, unfortunately the sheet of strong cardboard has a tear on the left side, see photos
