These pieces of furniture are loaded with history ... edited from 1944 and designed by René Gabriel, these chairs are typical of the replenishment furniture. Emergency product intended for the victims of the Second World War, the design is simple and touching. The massive oak chairs are of a sober, minimalist and economical design, but a remarkable design intelligence. They are comfortable, of a minimal ornament, very elegant ... They have been painted in cream white during their long life.

The chairs date from the 1950s-50. They are entirely made of solid wood, according to the plans of René Gabriel. They are stackable. The seat consists of slats of wood. They are in good condition and show traces of use, they have been painted white. The painting is an old white patinated, scales are worth noting.
