Vintage Design

Professor Herta-Maria Witzemann (1918-1999) for Erwin Behr publisher, pair of rattan hatch stools, with black lacquered metal structure. Witzemann was the first woman to be appointed to the famous pulpit of interior architecture and furniture design at the National Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart. H 116 cm x D 33.5 cmx L 33.5 cm. H seat 82 cm x W seat 32.5 cm x D 32.5 cm seat. Some gaps (rattan) on one of the seats (see photo).
