Sideboard from Beithcraft, Scotland, 1960s

Designed by Val Rossi for Beithcraft, based in Beith, Ayrshire in Scotland, their emblematic thumbnails have been produced and sold in retail in very small numbers and are one of the rarest and most sought -after British thumbnails.
This row has a magnificent golden patina in teak and is in good original condition.

It presents a fantastic, low and elegant design, with lots of storage space.
It is made up of 3 drawers, the first of which has a magnificent Fushia felt and wooden separators.
The central part opens on 2 large cupboards, one with an interior shelf.
Finally, the last downward door also opens onto an interior shelf.
The quality is exceptional, the openwork base and the sculpted handles are particularly beautiful.
Simple, refined design, and large storage capacity.
