Vintage Design

Modular semi-circular sofa from the 1970s/1980s in great original condition. Designed by Carlo Bartoli for Italian high-end furniture company Rossi di Albizzate. The sofa is composed of 4 modules, each measuring 123 cm in width, 80 cm in height, 90 cm in depth and 42 cm is the height of the seating. When assembled, the sofa measures 490 cm in length. The sofa is unbelievably comfortable and it's made of the best quality materials. It's manufactured by the highest standards and it's a truly a luxury item. This sofa features an internal frame, made of multilayered wood and elastic belts on the seat, covered with padding in polyurethane foams with different densities. The seat has the special mattress-type cushion in Dacron 2 with quilted, sheathed padding, fastened to the structure with removable zips, so the cushions' covering can be easily removed to be cleaned or changed. The chair is completely upholstered with premium lambskin leather and suede of Rossi di Albizzate whose collection of materials was known for superior quality. The brown colour of the leather is complemented with a warm shade of beige. The condition of the sofa, considering the age, is amazing. The suede of the cushions is in near-mint condition. Brown lambskin of the back of the sofa has just few small worn areas (shown on detailed photos)
