About This Piece

Vintage Design

Sculptural, these mugs are made of ceramic and carry the liberated spirit of late 40′ early 50′ design. The handle is colorful, it seems to climb the body of the cups which is a characteristic deep black. The series consists of 4 cups: yellow, green and orange. They are signed CAB for Céramique d’Art de Bordeaux.

Traces of use are visible including a small lack of enamel under one of the cups. The cups are signed on the reverse.
