Vintage Bud Table or Ceiling Light from Guzzini, 1967

The "Bud" lamp from 1967 belongs to a whole series consisting of standing, hanging and table lights. Our lamp can be installed directly on the ceiling. However, it is particularly good as a table or floor lamp. We have attached a cord switch for this purpose. Base made of chrome -plated metal, reflector made of white acrylic glass. E27 screw thread, suitable for all currently available lamps. Perfect condition, almost without signs of wear. Diameter 45cm.

The Guzzini company history begins in 1912. The company founder Enrico Guzzini specialized in the production of the finest objects from Horn. In 1938 the company was passed on to the next generation. The brothers Raimondo, Giovanni, Virgilio, Giuseppe and Giannunzio Guzzini started producing household items from the then completely new and revolutionary material acrylic glass. In 1959 the Guzzini brothers founded the design lamp company Harvey Guzzini. The well-known film classic "My friend Harvey" from 1950, with Oscar winner James Stewart in the leading role, provided inspiration for the company name. Since then, well-known architects and designers have worked with the Harvey Guzzini company.
