Arne Hovmand-Olsen MK200 Dining Chairs | Set of 6 Danish Mid-Century Teak & Paper Cord Chairs An exceptional set of six original MK200 dining chairs , designed by Arne Hovmand-Olsen for Mogens Kold, Denmark. A celebrated example of Scandinavian mid-century modern design, these elegant chairs combine beautifully sculpted solid teak frames with hand-woven natural paper cord seats, showcasing the refined craftsmanship that has made Danish furniture so highly sought after. The slim tapered legs, gently curved back rails and finely proportioned spindle backs create an effortlessly light silhouette, while the woven rush seats provide both comfort and visual warmth. Their timeless aesthetic allows them to complement both contemporary and traditional interiors, making them equally suited to everyday dining or as statement pieces around a designer table. Increasingly difficult to find as a complete matching set, these authentic Danish chairs are an investment in both craftsmanship and enduring design.
