Vintage Design

A desk lamp model Dove by Italiana Luce, designed in 1984 by Mario Barbaglia and Marco Colombo, made in Italy.

A refined and understated piece, defined by its slender curved stem and balanced, architectural form.

Executed in matte silver-toned metal, the design combines a cylindrical base with a gently arched arm and a slim, elongated shade. The construction reflects precision and restraint, characteristic of late 20th-century Italian lighting design. The integrated halogen light source is recessed within the head, creating controlled and focused illumination. The base incorporates a two-level switch, allowing for different light intensities.
The lamp can be positioned in a variety of desired angles, with a rotatable base that enhances its versatility. It casts a soft, directional light while maintaining a sculptural presence even when switched off.

Typically found in black, the silver-grey version is virtually unobtainable.
