Vintage Design

This exquisite decorative collector’s plate showcases the refined artistry of traditional Chinese porcelain craftsmanship. Produced in 1992 by Imperial Jingdezhen Porcelain, the piece reflects the heritage of Jingdezhen, renowned as China’s historic “Porcelain Capital.”

Front Design

The plate features an elegant, hand painted style illustration of a classical Chinese maiden adorned in flowing robes. She holds a delicate silk ribbon and ornate parasol, set against a serene landscape of misty clouds, distant pavilions and blooming flora. Soft pastel tones celadon greens, sky blues, and warm corals create a tranquil, ethereal composition, while the decorative border in cobalt and gold adds a refined finishing touch.

This artwork was specially commissioned and produced under the supervision of the China National Arts & Crafts Import & Export Corporation. It is crafted by skilled artists of Jingdezhen, the historic porcelain capital of China.

The design is inspired by classical Chinese figure painting, drawing upon traditional artistic techniques and refined decorative methods. The composition portrays a graceful ancient lady, capturing both elegance and poetic charm.

The colours are soft and harmonious, combining traditional brush artistry with fine porcelain craftsmanship. Each piece in this collection is carefully created and produced in limited quantities to preserve artistic value and collectability. Total production is limited to 2,175 pieces.
