Vintage Design

Italian pendant lamp from the 1950s, distinguished by a refined and sophisticated mid-century modern design. The lamp features a sculptural composition built around a central opaline glass body with stepped, conical volumes, suspended by slender brass rods that emphasize its verticality and visual lightness.
The structure combines warm brass elements with lacquered wooden components finished in soft grey and beige tones, creating a balanced and elegant contrast typical of high-quality Italian lighting of the period. The use of lacquered wood adds warmth and material depth, while contributing to the lamp’s refined architectural character.
The opaline glass diffuses the light evenly, producing a warm and atmospheric illumination while maintaining a clean and modern presence. Rich in carefully executed details, the lamp reflects a design approach where functional construction and decorative restraint coexist harmoniously.
The lamp is fitted with a standard E27 socket and is suitable for use in both European and US electrical systems. The overall height can be reduced upon request by cutting the metal suspension tube, allowing the lamp to be adapted to different ceiling heights without altering its original design.
