Vintage Design

Vintage Ercol stunning pair of armchairs with original upholstery and beautiful shaped frames. Size Approx: H to seat (without cushions) 31 cm. H to top of back 86 cm. W 67 cm. D 85 cm. In used condition. Structurally sound. The upholstery is faded/well worn and fraying in several areas and the foam is very thin, so they would benefit from being reupholstered .There are various noticeable signs of use/wear to the wood frames, including marks, scuffs, areas of fading (particularly on the armrests) and scratches. Also a historical repair to one of the legs, please see photos. It does not appear to have affected the structural integrity of the chair. Overall perhaps a refurb project which would look great sanded down and with new foam and upholstery.
