Vintage Design

Table lamp in satin milk glass designed in 1954 by the famous French master glassmaker and decorator Max Ingrand. Initially the model was called "1853" and, later, "Fontana", in homage to the company of which the maestro was artistic director for a decade. For design enthusiasts and connoisseurs of the brand's history, 1853 still remains something of a nickname. The first symbol of a timeless design object, it is still today a best seller and a timeless icon of design, considered the lampshade par excellence.
