Ellie has been working in the forests of the UK for the past seven years, producing work that explores the complex interrelationship between the landscape and the individual.

Fire. Not only is it the thread that unites humanity, but it is equally one of the few continuities linking man to the earliest times of habitation in Britain's woodlands and forests. Its profoundly symbolic narratives span the human and natural world, bringing together opposing themes of life and death, creation and destruction, love and loss, nature and culture.

Placing these small fires in the midst of these forest clearings, Davies casts the forest in warm light, holding back the dark and mysterious forces. The gentle orange hues imbue the scene with a sense of safety and comfort, which alters the very nature of the forest itself.

Delivery Details

Delivery will be completed by a parcel service such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
You will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

A wooden crate may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection.
Item will be left in its packaging after delivery.
