Rare example of futurist design for this lamp that celebrates the "Space Needle" skyscraper (literally space needle) of Seattle in the United States.
In fact, this table lamp in transparent and white multiplex plexyglass on a chromed steel needle base with light radiated by a circular LED bulb (replaces the original neon) and counterweight base is in enamelled iron ... it was created with this Purpose, paying homage to what at the time was rightly considered one of the most avant -garde examples for design and constructive engineering ... The Space Needle which was designated as a historical monument on April 19, 1999.

The Space Needle (literally space needle) is a tower located in Seattle in the United States and is the main symbol of the city of the north-western area of the country. Located in the Seattle Center, it was built according to Expo 1962.
The Space Needle is about 184 meters high, has a maximum width of 50 meters and a weight of over 9,550 tons.
