Contemporary rug, artist's rug with a representation based on the artwork "Musiker" by Paul Klee from 1937.

The use of lines, both in the black lines and in the color distribution, creates a wonderful sense of movement. These lines also give the impression that the artist's carpet is divided into separate chambers or compartments within the design. In this way, Paul Klee defines individual spaces within the work and connects them with line and direction.

This Scandinavian rug is made in 2005 by Brink & Campman, the Netherlands.
The carpet is made of high quality wool and it is in excellent condition.
