SK.03 stool by Sebastien Krier + Bois Brulé Dimensions: D30 x W30 x H45 cm Materials: oak custom made (and achievable) furniture. Made of solid oak in a carpentry workshop located in the South East of France, then burnt by me using the technique Japanese SHOU-SUGI-BAN. Application of a surface treatment to stabilize the charring (no black marks to the touch). An architect by profession, Sébastien Krier works with materials, textures, . During a stay in Japan, on Naoshima, an island in the Seto Inland Sea, he is moved by the cladding of the houses, and more particularly by the texture and depth of the burns. wood . Upon his return, he decided to try to burn the pieces of wood.

Delivery Details

Delivery will be completed by a parcel service such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
