About This Piece

Vintage Design

Very nicely crafted writing desk designed by Erik Brouer and manufactured by Brouer Møbelfabrik, Denmark, 1960. Often attributed to Arne Vodder. It’s made of teak wood and has a very nice grain to the wood. The top appears to float optically. This symmetric desk has 6 drawers and also 3 storage spaces at the back, complete with 2 original keys. Fantastic typical Danish quality desk. The desk is in very good condition.
