Vintage Danish Lounge Chair by G. Thams for Vejen Polstermøbelfabrik 1960s.
Model 53 designed in the early 1960s by Danish architect Georg Thams. Mid-century modern lounge chair in light green wool upholstery. Seat has a fixed spring cushion, and the fabric has a thin white pinstripe. Wide flared armrests and wide tapered back. Four round tapered legs in solid teak. Stunning and comfortable.
Excellent condition. Recently reupholstered by a professional with respect for the original design. Flawless appearance.
