Vintage Design

Wonderful Rug from the 1960s. High-quality flor in cream, blue and brown tones.
Characteristics:
- Nain rug
- hand-knotted
- about 160,000 knots per m2
- age 50-60 years
- 90% virgin wool, 10% silk

All our rugs are cleaned in a professional rug laundry. The first step of cleaning consists in thorough clap of the rug to remove dust and, if necessary, mites. Stain the subsequent prewash with a pH-neutral soap. At the main linen, the rug is washed by hand through and wet - a special soap protects the fibers and gets the natural wool fat of the rug. By mechanical pressing and spinning, a first drainage takes place to allow the rugs to be dried on permanent circulating air hanging.
