About This Piece

Vintage Design

1950s earth geography rotating cross sectional teaching globe. Sourced from a Czech collector this rare globe was used as a teaching aid to explain the position of the earths longitude and latitude markings. Exceptionally made with a acrylic glass cut out equator and fine stringing detail for the axis. Contemporary 30cm striped ruler for scale reference only, not included in the sale.
